Signia MaX
The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid built on the new Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, using four task-specific Deep Neural Networks that analyze speech, noise, environment, and your own voice at once.

The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid and the first device built on Signia's new Multi-adaptive Xperience, or MaX, platform. Instead of using artificial intelligence for a single job like quieting noise, it runs four AI systems that work together to follow speech, track your own voice, read the room, and manage background sound at once. We fit the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX at Hearing Doctors of Iowa and Hearing Doctors of Illinois.
Four AI Systems Working as One
Signia calls this approach Acoustic Intelligence, built on four deep neural networks. A deep neural network is AI trained on large numbers of real-world sound samples so it can recognize patterns, such as telling speech apart from noise. One network detects speech, one recognizes your own voice, one reads the overall scene, and one evaluates the noise around you. Because the four share information continuously, the hearing aid forms a fuller picture of a situation before deciding how to process it.
Key Features of the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX
For patients whose hardest listening happens in busy, multi-talker settings, these features matter most.
- RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI: Locates and enhances several conversation partners at once and keeps up as the talking shifts around a table.
- Own Voice Processing AI: Makes your own voice sound natural, and works out of the box with no in-clinic training step.
- Dynamic Noise Control AI: Weighs the type and location of noise and whether you are in a conversation before deciding how much to soften it.
- OneConnect Connectivity: Combines Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio, and a telecoil in one device, with Auracast-ready hardware for shared public audio as that technology rolls out.
- Rechargeable Power: Delivers up to 30 hours on a charge, comes in eight colors, and ships with a pocket charger that holds up to four full charges.
Built for Group Conversations
The situation MaX is designed around is a familiar one: several people talking at once, noise from different directions, and a conversation that keeps moving. Many hearing aids treat this as a simple speech-versus-noise problem. MaX instead weighs the setting, the type of noise, and whether you are speaking, then coordinates its systems and adjusts both hearing aids together.
In Signia's own sponsored research, 97% of participants performed better with MaX in noisy group conversations than with key competitors, a manufacturer result we treat as promising but still dependent on independent testing and your own response. If most of your listening happens in quiet, one-on-one settings, a lower technology level may serve you well for less, which is why we fit every major manufacturer and verify each fitting with real ear measurement rather than steering you toward one product line.
